The set of the Bla Bla Bla “The Live Show” was the theatre of such an amazing event last Sunday. How was it so different than all the previous Bla Bla Bla?… In theory it wasn’t so different… I mean I was sitting at the same place on the white couch as usual, we didn’t really sleep as usual, there were many exciting things to talk about as usual and you were faithfully with us…as usual:) But I can definitely say that it was a unique moment that felt like nothing experienced ever before. How is that possible? Is it that I am consciously looking to live something new every day that I see it all this way? Is it that I’m growing and seeing things from another perspective? Is it that we are talking over and over again about living the moment and slowly but surely I understand what it can mean for me!?! I believe it’s a combination of it all!
Right after we performed the song “The Mightiest Of Guns” (AA Bondy), Alex talked about something so interesting… He talked about redemption. The definition of redemption is to be forgiven and set free of the past sins, a deliverance from our present and past chains… The way Alex talked about it was so simple saying how redemption has nothing to do with religion. Redemption is available to everyone as it is a condition of the heart… it’s to have the deep desire to turn away from what keeps us turning in a circle to actively and aggressively search for real life… the life that hasn’t been pre-written for you by your parents, your culture, or even written by yourself many years ago… the life that we rarely see but can always recognize when we witness it in someone else… the life that isn’t bought with silver and gold but the life that is seeded with hope and love. For some of us, we just don’t believe in such a life. For some of us, the chains seem simply too heavy to even think about being free. For some of us the lies in our heads are so familiar that they sound just like truth…

I think you will understand even more what Alex is talking about just like it did for me!
What strikes me the most in this video is the thought that it’s a personal decision to let go and jump even when we feel broken and fragile. I can see crowd surfing as an example of when you are supported and carried by people, you can feel such a connection, a deep sense of trust growing and, from that trust and surrender, a lot of things can be healed from the past. When was the last time we pushed away legitimate excuses to take risks, to let other people that are filled with life carry us? When was the last time we desired a real connection with one another? When was the last time we realized and believed our past wounds could be healed?
Yes we will repeat it over and over, and for as long as you need us to, just how important and marvelous it is to “live the moment”. Yes we will use every tool possible, live chats, concerts, blogs, the fan club “SFCC”, meet & greets, the new YFE website, messages on FB or Twitter, little personal notes on your orders from the YFE store, every and any occasion to connect with you. Why? Because the redemption we can taste is so delicious… why not invite you for a bite and share your delightful life as well?;) We need to surf on your freedom just as much as you can be elevated by ours… That makes my own freedom and redemption even more important as it doesn’t only involve me but it does have an impact on you…and you are important to me.
I have never crowd surfed before. Hearing Alex makes me want to try!!!lol But there’s one thing I know, you and I can experience redemption from our past, being healed by jumping to be a part of something bigger than ourselves, we can forget about our aches and pains to live the moment, each moment as a new beginning, each occasion as another proof that we were made to be free…

I love to read your thoughts and the creative and loving way you put things into perspective. Beautiful words that reflect a beautiful soul. I played the song a few times over and it is lovely. The melody is so simple yet so captivating. And your voice it lovely.

Forever on my heart (all of you). I have prayed for this for so long and as He has done in the past is doing now. This particular moment has been preordained. As in Romans 8:2828 And we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose for them. I'm not sure if everyone totally understands your words or what I am saying but I know you do. The definition of redemption is to be forgiven and set free of the past sins, a deliverance from our present and past chains. Oh how that statement will forever carved on my heart. Redemption is not about a religion it's about a relationship.For years now you all have been planting the seeds of an almighty love. We including so many others have lived and are continually living Romans 8:28. Our transgressions have been forgiven and our lives (if you let them) are being turned into so much more. I believe we were put in this family to bring hope, love and freedom to all. What a tremendous force of love He has given us that through His love we can reach the four corners of the earth and I mean this quite literally. Through YFE we have been given a gift beyond silver and gold. We have been given the gift of healing self and others. I have taken the opportunity to also reach out to the hurting and brokenhearted as you have done for me. It truly is not about us. It's about that supernatural love that we can all have and spread to others.You mentioned crowd surfing, I see that as a child standing on the side of the pool afraid of what is going to happen when he decides to jump. His Father is there with open arms and all the child has to do is trust the unseen and take that step. I also see crowd surfing as keeping a watchful eye for those in this media that are hurting. To reach out to them and share the news, say a prayer or to just encourage.I will never forget the look on Sef's face when he shared a moment of pure joy with Elizabeth, Mary Beth and myself. Before us stood a huge church building.When I was welcomed into the sanctuary you call the church I saw huge miracles in that I knew some of the life stories of the people that were there before me. What I saw was the true definition of being "set free".I could go on and on about how YFE has affected my life but it's not about them is Lord for shining this light even brighter and giving us a a small part in bringing glory to Him by reaching out to others.Send my love to all my Avenging Angel and let those blinding white lights shine for thew whole world to see.Mom "B"

hi dearest Isabel!!!!!What a moment we are all living together – an eternal moment of freedom and redemption blossoming from the midst of chaos – that seems to be where all life begins – rising from change and disorder, shaking our foundations which can actually become chains, and awakening us to possibilities our minds were too bound to perceive as real or even imagine. As you say, there is so much more to life – and i'm finding more and more that the "so much more" doesn't depend on our circumstances – in fact, it can be found in the most "menial" of tasks, the simplest things – a leaf that catches the sun in just the right way to illuminate the miracle of its color and shape, a breath of breeze that seems to caress, an unexpected smile..anything…all "God winks" as a dear friend of ours calls them..Thank you for inviting us even deeper into your journey of life – i just watched (experienced!) the first edition of Chaos and Communion and my heart is singing – the soar of Sef's guitar, the soothing rhythm of Ben's guitar, Alex's heart poured into his voice and yours dear Isabel, "providing an angelic perspective to the whole thing", as Alex said.. The true face of the images in the lyrics – the Mercy Seat, crimson angels, the Mightiest of Guns – are truly "way more colorful than what we might think"(Alex) – so much more than our finite minds can contain, but treasures our spirits can explore in wonder with each other..Thank you for carrying me there…allowing me to fly in that stream with you..all of us..I love you and believe in you!!!!! you know it!! praying always!!! mom e
